DORA comes into force -- Nobly is ready to help you

From January 2025, DORA comes into force, and at Nobly we take responsibility for meeting the new requirements so you can confidently focus on your business. Why is compliance important for you?

From 17 January 2025, DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) comes into force as an important framework ensuring resilience and IT security in the financial sector. This means, among other things, that you will need to be able to document that your suppliers are secure, responsible and compliant with legislation. At Nobly, we understand that this is not only important for us as a supplier — it is crucial for you as a customer. We have taken the necessary steps to ensure that we are a compliant and secure supplier.

At Nobly, compliance is an ongoing process — not a one-off task. We constantly work to assess, adapt and optimise our systems and processes in line with new requirements, regulations and directives such as DORA, NIS2 and GDPR. We do this through:

• Investment in the compliance team: We have strengthened our compliance team with a dedicated compliance officer who helps ensure we meet standards that are constantly evolving.
• Collaboration with strong partners: With Microsoft Azure as infrastructure and the compliance tool North GRC, our systems and processes are robust, documented and transparent. North GRC brings together everything related to compliance in one place, ensures policy updates and adherence to directives and regulations. This gives us the best possible foundation for being compliant and helping our customers achieve the same.
